The Calculation Icon
The Calculation Icon is used to allow the author to include programming steps that are too complex to be done just by inserting icons on the flowline. Inside the Calculation Icon, the author may place "scripting" instructions that look a lot like Visual Basic or C+ code. While simple programs may use few if any Calculation Icons, their use makes Authorware a much more powerful performer.
