I wanted Inigo (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/1461)  to move uniquely in my game. Dynamic Animation Replacer is an amazing tool that lets you write custom conditions and make animation swaps by base actor ID so that you can make NPCs look more unique. I've done the setup for you with this mod. Safe to install or uninstall at any time.

Q: Why?
A: I made a similar mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/69678) for Kaidan, which people seem to have enjoyed! I also use custom animations for Inigo and wanted to share.

Q: What does this mod do exactly?
A: This adds a base actor ID animation replacement folder and several custom condition animation folders within Dynamic Animation Replacer. My folder numbers start at 999000. There is a txt file in each folder that explains which animations are used. This lets Inigo's vanilla animations be replaced by animations from this mod without affecting your character or any other NPCs.

Q: Do I need FNIS or Nemesis?
A: No.

Q: Can I use FNIS or Nemesis along side this for other stuff?
A: Absolutely yes.

Q: All those extra animation mods look cool. Will my game explode?
A: Nah, it's fine. Depending on how fast your PC is, you might see some t-posing for a couple seconds when you first load the game. Just give it a moment for the animations to load up.

Q: Are you as funny as that HanShotFirst person?
A: Still no. Maybe one day.

Q: Serious question, Inigo isn't doing anything new, what's wrong?
A: Check your DAR file structure in your data folder and make sure you don't have any other animation replacements with folder numbers higher than the ones from this mod. DAR works on a priority system where animation folders with higher numbers will overwrite lower numbers. My mod only affects Inigo, so it should be allowed "win" the numbers game in your setup.
