Jazz has been using electronic instruments for years, going all the way back to Herbie Hancock and Miles Davis, but apparently electronics are not appreciated in the stuffy Jazz community, such that this new label for the most celebrated musical sound of the 20th century has apparently been expelled from the pantheon altogether. Don't look at me, I don't create these schisms. Let the jazz jizzlers fight their own damn civil war. I find it alright, but this is like the third genre entirely dominated by the Ninja Tune label, which means I'm not giving this scene anymore recognition than it deserves. So there.
