This web site has been put together as a beginning point and reference for people who are starting to learn Authorware.

This site covers primarily Authorware 3.5 and Authorware 4. A new site is being put up for Authorware 5. Initially, it will contain the same tutorials as this one, but modified to fir AW5: as time goes on, it will grow significantly. The AW5 site is located at:

Note: If your Monitor display is set to 800 X 600 pixels, the lessons and tutorials will be more easily viewed. (As a bonus, that monitor resolution will also make working in Authorware easier!)

If you spend some time at this site and have any questions, suggestions or other feedback, please email the author: the site is apt to change due to user suggestions, as the process of instructing (and learning) in this technological era is fluid (Thank Goodness!)

If anyone would like copies of the website tutorials to put on a local computer (to save online charges), a zipped version of the entire site (AW4 versions, minus the examples) is located at http://www.alnana.org/web/web.htm. There's a link there to download the zipfile.
