Method 1
Click and drag navigation buttons to move through the VR world.
Method 2
Place the mouse pointer in the middle of the VR world and press the space bar.
A small square will appear in the same position as your mouse pointer. The further away your mouse pointer is from the small square the faster you will move. To stop place the mouse pointer in the center of the small square.
Press spacebar again to revert back to method 1.
This method is recommended for general exploring although you will not be able to click on any items in your world. To click on an item press the spacebar to revert back to method 1.
