The holidays are officially here because Idina Menzel and Kristen Bell performed together for the first time in … forever! Last night during ABC’s “The Wonderful World of Disney: Magical Holiday Celebration,” hosted by Julianne Hough and Nick Lachey, the Frozen pair sang their “Olaf’s Frozen Adventure” duet “When We’re Together” at Sleeping Beauty Castle in Disneyland.
