1. These Campaign Conditions govern the Pepsi Max "WIN TRIP TO USA AND MEET ZUCARELLO" campaign (referred to below as the "Campaign") of PepsiCo Nordic Norway AS (the "Organiser"), having its registered office at Lilleakerveien 4, 0283 Oslo, Norway.
2. The objective of this Campaign is to promote the products sold under the Pepsi Max trademark. The Campaign runs from 25.10.2018 until 15.11.2018 (the "Campaign Period"). It is a competition in which three prizes are awarded, each of a value of NOK 40.000
1. Only persons who reside in Norway and who have reached the age of 18 having a valid Facebook Or Instagram account, with the exception of the persons referred to below, may take part in this Campaign.
2. The following persons may not take part: (a) employees, resident partners, and family members of the Organiser, and (b) any person who is in any manner directly or indirectly involved in the organisation of this Campaign.
3. Participation in this Campaign is free of charge (with the exception of the costs of the use of the Internet).
4. By taking part in this Campaign the participant declares that it accepts the applicability of these Campaign Conditions and of the Privacy Statement of PepsiCo (https://www.pepsicoprivacypolicy.com ).
1. Participation in the Campaign is lawfully possible during the Campaign Period only by:
Playing the game via Facebook or Instagram
complying with these Campaign Conditions.
2. Incomplete entries are invalid and will not be considered.
3. Participation is possible only during the period from 25.10.2018 until 15.11.2018
4. Entries received after 23:59 (Oslo-time) on 15.11.2018, are invalid and will not be considered.
1. Participants may not harass, use abusive language, discriminate or make any sexual innuendoes.
2. Participants may not place any worms, viruses or other harmful software on the campaign website or on Facebook.
3. Entries may not conflict with the law, regulations or morality, and may not entice actions that conflict with the law, regulations or public morality.
4. Entries may not in any manner damage the Organiser, companies affiliated with it and/or the Pepsi Max trademark.
5. Participants may not submit any entries that infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or other rights.
6. Participants are not paid for their entries and/or participation. Participants cannot base any rights on and will not receive any payment for their participation in this Campaign.
7. The Organiser reserves the right at any time immediately to exclude from participation any entries that are invalid in its opinion and/or to remove them or have them removed from the campaign.
1. All intellectual and other property rights involved in his Campaign are vested entirely in the Organiser. If and insofar as necessary, the Participant hereby free of charge transfers those intellectual and other property rights from the moment they come into existence to the Organiser or to an affiliated company designated by the Organiser, which transfer is hereby accepted. Insofar as the transfer of the intellectual property rights requires a further deed, the Participant hereby authorises the Organiser to draw up and sign that deed on behalf of the Participant in order to affect the full transfer.
2. Insofar as legally possible participants hereby unconditionally and irrevocably waive all personality rights granted to them by law.
1. If the Participant cooperates at the Organiser’s request in any other form(s) of publicity, the Organiser does not owe any fee in that context.
1. A total of three prizes will be handed out in the campaign.
2. Each prize (of which there are three) consists of a three-day trip for two people from their home town in Norway to New York from Monday December 17th until Wednesday December 19th (with return on the 20th). The Organiser will cover travel expenses for the winners getting to the USA and back to Norway. The trip includes hotel accommodation (1 room). The prize also includes two tickets to the ice hockey game on December 18th (New York Rangers vs Anaheim Ducks), plus meet and greet with Zuccarello. Each prize has a total value of approximately NOK 40.000.
3. Any tax payable in respect of the aforesaid Prize is payable by the Organiser.
4. The Prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for other prizes. If the winner is unable to travel, the first Prize will be awarded to the person who came in 2nd place in the competition (has the 2nd highest score at 23:59 on 15.11.2018). If the person who came in 2nd place can not go on the set dates, the Prize will be awarded to the person who came in 3rd place and so on until a valid winner is found.
5. Prizes that are not awarded for any reason whatsoever remain the Organiser’s property. If a Prize is refused, it also falls to the Organiser.
6. If the guest of the winner is younger than 18 years, written authorization from the parents or whom is legally responsible(s) of that person must be provided.
7. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude participants who submit invalid or forged entries from participation.
8. The Organiser reserves the right at any time to refuse or disqualify Participants for reasons at its discretion, without the Participant having any rights in relation to the Organiser.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude a Participant with invalid or forged personal data from participation.
10. The Organiser reserves the right to exclude a participant who cheats, who is suspected of cheating or who violates these Campaign Conditions in any other manner from participation.
11. The Organiser reserves the right to award an alternative prize if for any reason whatsoever the prize referred to above is no longer available or can no longer be awarded.
1. A participant qualifies for a Prize by submitting a valid entry
2. The person having obtained the most points in one game during the campaign (on 23:59 12.11.2018) will be awarded the trip together with a guest of choice (the first prize). In case multiple participants have the same highest score, the winner will be picked randomly amongst them.
3. The Organiser will also randomly pick two additional winners from all other registered participants in the campaign (excluding the winner of the first prize). They will win the same prize as the highest score winner.
1. No correspondence on the outcome of the Campaign will be entered into.
1. Name and address details and/or other personal data that the Organiser obtains in connection with the participation in this Campaign will be treated with confidentiality and within GDPR standards

The Organiser is not responsible or liable for any breakdowns of/in and/or errors of/in or related to the Internet, one or more of the Internet sites referred to in these Campaign Conditions, the cable network or other relevant network, software or hardware, or any incorrect registration and/or processing of entries or personal data. The Organiser excludes any and all liability in that context.
2. The Organiser excludes any and all liability of the Organiser and/or agents engaged by it in connection with this Campaign insofar as that is permitted by law.
1. No part of this Campaign may be multiplied or published without the Organiser’s express prior written consent.
2. The Organiser reserves the right at any time to change this Campaign prematurely, or to terminate and/or to no longer take part in this Campaign, for reasons at the Organiser’s discretion, without any participant being able to exercise any claim against the Organiser.
3. This Campaign has been organised in accordance with the Norwegian Marketing Control Act of 11.06.2009 (Markedsføringsloven).
4. Complaints or questions regarding these Campaign Conditions and the Campaign can be submitted in writing via Pepsico Nordic Norway AS, Lilleakerveien 4, 0283 Oslo, quoting "WIN TRIP TO USA AND MEET ZUCCARELLO".
5. This Campaign is governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes arising from these Campaign Conditions or the Campaign must be submitted to the competent court in Oslo, Norway.
