Welcome to Flora's Flower Shop! Help Flora create the best bouquets around by matching the right amounts of the right types of flowers she needs for each order.
On the right, you will see a blue flower belt for each customer. This shows
the types of flowers needed to fill each customer's order.
Below each type of flower, the number shows how many you need to collect.
The yellow number on top of each flower belt corresponds to the
customer's number.

To complete an order, first you'll need to collect the flowers. To
collect flowers, make matches of 3 or more flowers in a row or column on the
game board.
To make a match, click on one flower; then click the second flower to swap
their positions. You can also drag the first flower into its new position.
Keep making matches until you have enough flowers to complete the
customers' bouquets.

When a flower-arrangement is ready, it will flash in the flower belt. Click
on it to deliver it to the customer.
The faster you deliver the order, the more money the customer will pay for it.
Upgrades are available to signed in players. If you have an Upgrade available, attach it to the arrangement before
delivering it.

After you've delivered the flowers, collect the money on the counter.

Serve as many customers as you can before your work day is over! When the clock in the upper-left corner reaches 12:00, Flora's shop will close and no more customers will come in. You need to meet your minimum daily sales Goal, otherwise you can't open shop the next day.
When each customer enters, each one will have a yellow number, a rainbow
patience-bar, and a green price.
The yellow number corresponds to the order in the blue flower belt. Look on
each belt to see which customer wants which flowers.
The green price starts out as the maximum value of the bouquet; it decreases
along with the customer's patience. You can use Treats or power-ups to
restore some/all of the customer's patience (and restore the value of the
bouquet) as you play.
Fill each customer's order before their patience runs out, or you will lose money. The more full a customer’s patience-bar is, the more he or she will pay for the arrangement.
Happy customer.

Angry customer.

When the customer's patience-bar is empty, he or she will leave without the flowers—and leave without paying!
The goal of Flora's Flower Shop is to complete enough orders to meet the minimum day's profits needed to continue to the next round. In order to do this, you must fill enough orders before the workday, or your customers’ patience, runs out.
There are 3 different level goals you can achieve on each level: Goal, Super and Expert. If you earn the Goal, you may proceed to the next level. If you earn money beyond the basic Goal, you will get bonus awards for achieving the Super or Expert goals. Each level will give you more tokens and money for reaching these goals.
To see what the Goals are for each level, look in the lower-left corner of the game area. You can keep track of how far away you are from meeting each goal as you play.
There are 4 fantastic power-ups to help Flora fill her orders. When you see a power-up icon appear on the board, swap it with any other tile to use it.
Clear Flowers-- Swap this icon with any other flower. This will clear the board of all tiles with that type of flower. Use strategically!
Row Clear-- Swap this icon to clear all the contents of any single row.
Column Clear-- Swap this icon to clear all the contents of any single column.
Happiness-- Swap this icon to give the first customer in line 100% patience. Save these power-ups to refill an empty patience-bar after you've run out of Treats
Upgrades are available to signed in players. They increase the value of any bouquet they’re attached to, and can really help you earn those Super and Expert goals.
As you make matches, you will gradually fill up the icon for the Upgrade meter, in the lower-right corner of the game area. When the meter is full, the Upgrade icon will flash and show the message "Upgrade!" To use an upgrade, click to pick it up, and then click on any one of the blue flower belts to attach it. Your bouquet doesn't have to be finished yet—you can attach an upgrade to any bouquet at any time before you deliver it. When you pick up the customer's money, you'll receive a bonus.
Treats are only available to signed in players. You cannot use treats if not signed in. Angry customers mean a loss in revenue—the lower a customer's patience-bar is, the less money they'll pay for a bouquet, and a customer who leaves angry won't pay anything! To keep customers happy, you can buy Treats at the end of every round, using money you have earned in the previous level. Each Treat can only be unlocked by reaching a certain Rank within the game. Also, only players that are signed in can increase their ranking. (Check your Rank in the lower-right corner of the game area.) There is also a limit to the number of each kind of Treat you can buy.
After you purchase a Treat, during the next level, it will appear in the middle of the table, just below the game board. To use a Treat, simply click to pick it up, and then click the customer you want to deliver it to. Each type of Treat will restore the customer's patience bar by a certain amount.
Treats DO NOT hold over to another game session, and are only available to signed in players! Once you have closed the game or left the game's landing-page, the number of treats will be reset. Thus, if you have 4 Treats left at the end of a game and quit the game, when you return you will have 0.
Available at Rank 2-- Boosts a customer's patience level by 25%. 8 available for purchase.
Available at Rank 10 -- Boosts a customer's patience level by 50%. 6 available for purchase.

Available at Rank 20-- Boosts a customer's patience level by 75%. 4 available for purchase.

Available at Rank 30-- Boosts a customer's patience level by 100%. 2 available for purchase.
The happier your customers are, the more cash they will leave!
If you are signed in, you can add Upgrades to any Bouquet as soon as it's available. However, if you're not sure you'll be able to reach the Goal in time, don't wait for an Upgrade before you serve each customer. Serve the customers first; upgrade when you can!
When each customer enters, look at the value of the flower-arrangement they've ordered. Save your Upgrades and Treats for customers who're buying the most expensive bouquets.
Maximize an arrangement's value by giving the customer a Treat, or using the Happiness power-up, immediately before delivery. You'll get the bouquet's full value.
Save the "Clear Flower" power-up for occasions when several customers have ordered the same type of flower at the same time. This can be a big help when multiple customers come in wanting a dozen roses!
Flora's Flower Shop has 50 ranks that you can earn and see if you are signed in under a premium account. The rank system is based upon cumulative tokens won in the game, and they become progressively more difficult to earn as the ranks go higher.
To find out how close you are to the next rank, click on (or roll your mouse over) the Rank Indicator next to the Upgrades icon (only visible when signed in). Your rank information will appear in the ticker window at the bottom of the screen.
When signed in under a premium account, this games gives players an opportunity to earn tokens and trophies.
Tokens are added to a player's token account at the end of each round. Quitting a game before reaching the end of a round will forfeit any tokens earned.
If you are signed in under a premium account, cool trophies are earned upon special achievements.
