| To
get started: |
| Click on the key to put it in the ignition.
If your system supports sound, you should hear
the engine start. Next, click and hold on the
gas pedal and drag it downwards. The pedal will
depress and the word "GAS" below the
pedal should turn green to indicate that the
pedal is pressed. You should also notice that the
speedometer and tachometer will respond.

| |
| To
set the cruise control: |
| You may RIGHT click on the cruise control
stem to enlarge it. First, drag the toggle
switch to the ON position (in the middle). When
the cruise control is on, the CRUISE indicator on
the dashboard lights up. Once the speed you want
is reached, just press the SET button on the end
of the stem. The CRUISE SET light will illuminate
to indicate that the speed has been set.
|
| To
test the cruise control: |
| Once the cruise control has been set, drag
the gas pedal upwards to simulate letting off of
the pedal. The GAS label below the pedal should
turn white when no gas is being applied. If you
drag the gas pedal up and down a few times, you
can see the effect being plotted in the external
"Auto Cruise Demo" window.
