Please read these Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") before entering this Contest being organized by Reliance Retail Limited (“AJIO”). Participant (“Participant”) agrees that, by participating in this Contest, Participant will be bound by these T&Cs and acknowledges that Participant shall satisfy all the Contest eligibility requirements as provided herein below.
This Contest will go live on 24th September 2021 ("Contest Start Date")and will close on 30th September 2021 ("Contest End Date") at 23:00 hrs.
No response received after the above mentioned deadline of 23:00 hrs on the Contest End Date will be considered valid.
This Contest is open to all individual legal residents of the Republic of India aged 18 or above on the Contest Start Date. Participant should have a valid phone number and e-mail address.
Participation in this Contest is purely voluntary
No purchase is necessary for participating in this Contest and it is open to all the residents of India.
AJIO shall not charge any amount for participation in this Contest
This Contest is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu in view of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act, 1979.
The Participant partaking in this Contest shall win AJIO vouchers which shall include unique coupon code redeemable only during Big Bold Sale that will go live on the Contest Start Date and ends on Contest End date at 23:00 hrs.
Every Participant who collects up to 50 points from the game shall receive an electronic scratch card from AJIO.
The scratch card provides opportunity for the participants to win AJIO points up to Rs 50
The AJIO Points can be used as a mode of payment while making purchase on AJIO between 30 th September 2021 to 9 th October 2021

All matters related hereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained on this behalf by AJIO.
AJIO reserves the right to amend/change/modify, withdraw, and discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Contest and/or these terms and conditions from time to time, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to the Participant.
AJIO does not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
AJIO will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Contest including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the winner or other Participants that is caused by:
technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person's participation in this Contest;
any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the allocation or enjoyment of a coupon code;
any act or omission of any third party, particularly any third party involved in the provision of services relevant to this Contest particularly redemption of coupon code; or
any other events beyond AJIO's control that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to loss of, or damage to, the winner or to the coupon code.
Participant agrees that, these terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction to decide over any controversy arising out of the Contest.
