- The competition will close at 18.00 on 16th July 2004 but the game may still be available to be played thereafter.
- Winners will be decided in five ways: One single player soccer winner determined by their place on the leader board, one single player Soap winner determined by their place on the leader board, one multiplayer winner determined by the most online wins, three Soccer winners selected at random by game organisers 4T2 Multimedia and three Soap winners also selected at random by game organisers 4T2 Multimedia.
- Prizes include Playstation 2 with Euro 2004 game (Product Code : 143707), Apple Ipod (Product Code: 162728), Football Fridges (Product Code: 119849) and Wine Coolers (Product Code: 136425).
- Prizes will not be distributed to employees of Comet Group PLC and 4T2 Multimedia.
- There are no cash alternatives to any prize.
- Only one prize per person is allowed.
- Please enter you email address correctly as Comet Group PLC cannot be liable for failing to notify winners in the event that an incorrect address has been provided.
- Winners of prizes will be required to supply their postal address.
- Comet Group PLC reserve the right to substitute similar products of equal or greater value for the above chosen products at their discretion.
- Winners will be drawn by an independent party by the 25th July 2004.
- In the event of a draw the winner will be the person who registered their score first.
- All prizes must be claimed by 10th August 2004, if the prize is not claimed by this date then a second winner will be drawn and the prize offered to the next winner for 30 days.
- Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries which the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed or damaged.
- The name of the winner can be obtained by emailing direct@comet.co.uk putting "Soccer Or Soap competition winner" in the subject box. Emails will not be answered prior to the 10th August 2004.
