To set up data streams so that placing a final piece will trigger a chain reaction sucking in many pieces in a row, one at a time. This tactic could also get your raider though an awkward area in a single maneuver. Death Squares
Positions on the map where your raider will become trapped. Quads
A simultaneous completed data stream that spans both horizontally and vertically at the same time. Making quads boosts your time limit. Accidental Lines
Be careful when placing shapes - a moment of neglect can mean completing an unwanted line which can ruin your plans. Shredders
Places that can go unnoticed where it is easy to start an accidental chain reaction and pull your raider into an unwanted place or death square or shread lines that you where about to complete. Suicide
Where space is in short supply, take care not to block yourself in with your own raiders. You may have to take them one at a time. |
