- The competition will close at 18.00 on January 20th 2004 but the game may still be available to be played thereafter.
- Winners will be decided in three ways: the top 11 determined by their place on the leader board, the top 21 determined by the number of friends recommended to play, and who submit their score, and a further 10 will be selected at random by game organisers 4T2 Multimedia.
- Prizes include Playstation 2 packages (Product Code : 157198), Sony EyeToys (Product Code : 122335), Dance Mats (Product Code : 142441) and £10 comet gift vouchers (Product Code : 118331)
- Prizes will not be distributed to employees of Comet, EHPR and 4T2 Multimedia.
- There are no cash alternatives to any prize.
- Only one prize per person is allowed.
- Please enter you email address correctly as Comet cannot be liable for failing to notify winners in the event that an incorrect address has been provided.
- Winners of prizes will be required to supply their postal address.
- Comet reserve the right to substitute similar products of equal or greater value for the above chosen products at their discretion.
- Winners will be drawn by an independent party by the 30th January 2004
- In the event of a draw the winner will be the person who registered their score first.
- All prizes must be claimed by 28th February 2004, if the prize is not claimed by this date then a second winner will be drawn and the prize offered to the next winner for 30 days.
- Submission of entries will not constitute proof of receipt and no responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for entries which the Promoter does not receive. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or corruption of data in transit. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are lost, delayed or damaged.
