As mentioned in System Requirements above, if you do not have Petz 3 or Petz 4 or DirectX installed, you may not be able to hear 'Live' Petz. You may ALSO have problems with sound when visiting with 'Live' Petz if another Audio application is playing audio in the background. - Users who have other browsers installed on their computer may have problems using the Petz Player in AOL. The Petz Player plugin automatically installs to Netscape and Explorer. AOL currently uses Internet Explorer as its browser. If you are experiencing problems, make sure the npPetz.dll file from the Plugins folder of other browser(s) is copied into the Plugins folder for the AOL browser (Internet Explorer). If you continue to have problems, you may need to use the Player in Internet Explorer or Netscape, outside of AOL. - The Petz Player folder should be located in the P.F. Magic folder at the root level. The npPetz.dll file should go into your Browser's Plugin folder. Your Browser's folder is located in your Program Files folder. Thanks for spending time with the Petz Player, and enjoy!
