The government is entangled in their own bureaucracy, criminals are
back on the streets before the cops can spell lawyer. The situation is
desperate, and desperate measures are taken. A secret taskforce is
created, composed of every man with enough reason and hate in his heart to
do what has to be done. These men are like ghosts, their actions seems to
be invisible to the cops somehow and the government denies their
